We have 2 GX Club settings within the Larbert and Stenhousemuir area.  GX Club Carrongrove is open 46 weeks of the year, Larbert Village Primary School GX Club is open only during the term time and is only available to those children who attend Larbert Village School.

The provision of services within GX Club Carrongrove

The GX Club is an out of school club but the way the children see it “its an away from school Club!”

A breakfast, after school & holiday play scheme.

• A fantastic outside play arena for all age groups.
• Our own Minibus’s & taxi service to drop off & pick up from school.
• A computer area with IT equipment & games consoles.
• Pool and snooker table.
• Comprehensive activities delivered by enthusiastic & motivated staff.
• Wide range of physical play opportunities.
• Proposed extra curricular activities may include music, homework, cooking etc
• Depending on demand, various external sources i.e. bike safety, physical education specialists & much more.

The provision of services within GX Club Larbert Village

Larbert Village GX Club is situated within the dining hall at the school.  We can accommodate up to 45 children at our breakfast and after school club, where we have full use of the playground and the children participate in various activities.  Weather dependent the children want to be outside the majority of the time, which is a practice we actively encourage.

• A cold snack provision is provided.
• Comprehensive activities delivered by enthusiastic & motivated staff.
• Wide range of physical play opportunities.
• Proposed extra curricular activities including homework.

Holiday Club

We operate our Holiday Club at our GX Club Carrongrove, where we have the facilities to accommodate 32 children at any given time. We actively welcome the children from our Larbert Village and Brightons GX Club and non registered children along to our holiday club.

During the school holidays we offer a flexible service to care foryour children at our holiday club.  This can be anything from full-time, two sessions a week, fixed dates throughout the holidays or even by the hour.  Your child does not have to be a registered attendee of our out of school club, it is open to everyone.

Working with the children and GX team, we put together an exciting programme of events and activities.
There is access to a wide variety of equipment throughout the day and the children can spend their time indoors or outside, either occupied in activities or simply relaxing and playing at their own pace, always of course with the supervision and involvement of our childcare team.  Lots of activities take place within our Holiday Club and this includes a comprehensive activity programme.  To book a place for the holidays, email the manager at gxclub@glenberviekindergarden.co.uk
